I'm no expert either. I am starting my cleanse today using the magnesium citrate with Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth. Almost all sites using magnesium citrate recommend a day of clear liquids only including chicken beef or vegetable both. I am doing the liquids today. Taking the Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth tonight then tomorrow I'll continue on the liquids and do the magnesium citrate drink (whole bottle). I've done this for a colonoscopy before and it worked well for me.

You may be done with your cleanse but, in case your not thought I'd share.
