Thanks very much for your replies. I appreciate it. Please forgive my ignorance in these areas... it is new to me and I am trying to make some sense of it all.

I didn't realise having low mercury was a bad thing? could you expand on this?

I am at a bit of a loss how to go forward... chelate copper? and lead? i am worried because i heard that detoxing stresses the adrenals, and my adrenals already feel exhausted. I know my body is clogged up and is having a hard time detoxing. Would an infrared sauna help in all this?

I thought cos my toxic metals weren't high, there wasn't really a problem with them - but maybe that's not the case!
