Well sometime after midnight im awakened but cant move my body. I feel the presence of someone or something in my room. Ive learned how to break free quicker now when it happens. Then i try to go back asleep and it happens again once i do.

You can't move your body because you are seperated from it! Out of phase. You can use this to get out of your body. Just roll out of your body. If you feel resistance you aren't disconnected enough. Try again in a few moments.

Vibrations. Noises (many voices) in the room or your Head. The sense of a presence.
