Ladywear,

I'm thinking of finally excluding any and all fruits from my diet as well for awhile. I've been seeming to tolerate them less and less as time goes by. This could be because my Candida is growing, but most likely from my adrenals getting weaker. Healthy adrenals are key to controlling allergies. And I think a prolonged strict Candida diet does a number on the adrenals.

Or it's my weak liver. Ugh. So hard to play doctor.

Interesting on the warm water. I do always drink room temperature water, but I wonder if I'd notice a difference with warm. I might try it out just to see.

I would like your opinion on this liver support.

I was using something called LiverCare by Himilaya Herbs but it seemed to make things worse. Maybe I was reacting to one of the herbs it contained, hard to tell.
