Yes copper can certainly be (one of) the missing links. Its a strong indicator of candida. Look into copper toxicity symptoms and see if they sound like you - racing mind, high creativity, etc.

Its possible you are both toxic and have bio-unavailability as well, they often go hand in hand. There are other fairly cheap tests for copper levels like urine or serum if you want a second look however.
