Could you go into more detail?

I got licorice root just now, and I know long term it can cause problems with blood pressure and potassium. I was thinking of taking it a couple times a week, rather than 2 of them 3x a day as the container recommends. Or should I take it every day, then stop for a while, then take it every day again?

And what do you mean by ACE and MCS?
