I think part of my liver issues was the crazy amount of vitamins I was taking. I have since stopped most of them, eating healthier, and drinking lots of water. Today I had my first brown poop in as long as I could remember. I wonder if you did a clean, veggies diet, stop the supplements for a week, lots of clean water, rest if possible and some walking.

The liver is resilient! My values tripled in a month, but I know that they can lower just as quickly.
