Thanks for all this great info! I actually forgot i posted this thread thats how out of it I was when I did. I actually posted a new thread stating that I am starting over as I felt better for a bit but now Inam going back down! I should remove that as it is similiar to this! Thanks again I will be trying these suggestions!!!
