well i'm cutting out fat for now, eating only potatoes and lentils. I really just don't like the way he had to say something, if he wasn't such a pretentious dick I would've listened perhaps.

I normally juice veggies/fruits, but it seems that's too much Sugar and it seems the aggravate the pain. I still dunno what to do if there is actually something stuck.

can i still do coffee enemas?
