Thanks for your thread. I do know my blood Sugar gets low though [which causes my adrenals to kick in - and hard]. It is relieved by eating some type of carbohydrate. I suppose I could try a vegetable fast just to validate that I can't handle one. I would love if I could handle it though.

We'll see. Guess my next purchase will be a juicer. What vegetables would you suggest for me?

And you're correct, I am lacking the enzymes to digest raw foods. Whereas cooked vegetables somewhat digest, raw one don't at all - according to my own stool analysis. :]
