If the theory is true that oil coats the insulin receptors which blocks ability to attach to Sugar molecules, then look what you are doing. You're mixing a lot of Sugar (the lemon juice) with lots of oil.

Btw, I've done two of those flushes and I think they are mostly bunk. All those green globules that came out of me were just a mixture of the oil consumed and bile. Nothing that was hardened came out.
