Incredible testimony. I almost cried.

I will continue tackling the demons from a physical way combined with an spiritual and psychological approach, which its obviously harder, but your testimony really makes me think, as some of my worst symptoms are so obviously the result of self-hatred and such.

I hate meditation though. There is a long way to my real self and I am tired. But it will be done, these gallons of pain cant be wasted with a poor ending, wouldnt be fair.
