If you get a continual cramping sensation that is worse from about 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm then it is an indicator for biliary sludge. Sludge does not show up ultra-sound but is a troublesome as gallstones. The pieces can be large and the Epsom Salts is important in the protocol to ensure that the exit route is open.
