2 or 3 weeks man. I only get nausea sometimes and moderate liver detox (shakiness, weakness, nausea or even headache with nervousness) only a few times. And that major detox I had, which maybe was the thiols of brocoli,eggs and garlic alltogether. I understand coffee enemas are not the panacea, im just hitting strong there since it actually does make my candida/whatever this shit is to go out.

My father and I gonna build a simple device for a near infrared sauna. He saw the free plans in the Wilson page and said its child work.

Still waiting for the package of NB supplements!!! Today slept like shit :D
