I get NO gurgling in my liver anymore, not from coffee enemas or food or anything it's driving me mad. gotta be something stuck in there. I've been doing the egg flush everyday though as I'm gonna do a coke flush tonight hopefully push whatever stuck out of there

also for your lymph, rebounding is really good, and hot cold showers. I just did rebounding for 10 minutes, then skin brushing, then a half hour soak in hot water followed by an ICE cold shower. I can feel the difference already.
