I don't eat nuts due to not being able to digest them. I do eat red meat, but it's always 95% lean and grass-fed. I eat a pretty balanced diet consisting of lots of vegetables, some complex carbohydrates, lean protein, and I try to stay away from fruit [but can't fully] since that's where I get a lot of itchiness from.

A fatty liver makes sense because I do have high blood pressure but am thin.

Did you have the jaundice? The extreme weakness? How extreme? You just changed your diet and that's it? No cleanses?

Wouldn't a high potato diet feed possible organisms [I'm aware I have at least Candida]? I do eat squash. I cut out legumes due to the gassiness I get and reading that they're hard to digest. What kind of legumes would be the easiest to digest, you think?

Could you possibly write out a sample menu of your average day?
