Anyway, so your saying that i might feel a bit of nausea from doing the enemas? i did feel that, but i didn't credit that to the enemas, i credited that more to the detoxing and the use of chlorella, dry skin brushing, grapefruit seed extract, some other anti-fungal, and virescence which is an anti viral.

All of that accumulated inside me and i got constipated. I had actually stopped the enemas after the crisis i had with 3 Tbsp and quart.

So how long did it take to get to 1 quart with 3 Tbsp?
