Hahah yeah I think as long as some caffeine reaches the liver, and some pamitic acids are absorbed, there are benefits. Anyway you should notice it, in the form of nausea, gurgling of the bile ducts, cramps, maybe some shakiness etc or like a slight euphoria after the enema.
