HAHAH yea bro it's funny, but necessary i hear, my ND recommended it as well and she worked side by side with that german Dr named Klienhard (i know i misspelled that name)

Anyway, thanks for the info on the enemas. I'm just wondering if one Tbsp will have at least some kind of benefit. So i'm willing to try that much, which i already tolerated before without having a crisis. I just want to know i'm not wasting my time sticking something inside my virgin anus, which is a little weird to do in the beginning
