Well my adrenally fatigued pal, I started with a low dose. This is, when I did my first coffee enema, the coffee looked like very dirty water, not like real coffee. Now, most of days I make enemas with an opaque liquid, like real coffee. So I started with like 1 tbsp for quart and now I am using around 2-3 tablespoons for quart. I think its wise to start with less coffee and steadily increase. I havent felt that coffee enemas worse my adrenal fatigue like drinking coffee does, which make me go f***ing crazy, they motivate me and other times makes me feel like detoxing, thats all. I do believe any crazy symptom developed while during coffee enemas its either caffeine intolerance (rare) or a healing crysis. I obviously had one of the latter.

You will get reactions or benefits with dilluted coffee the same, having in account your liver more likely than not its pretty congested.

Great tip on skin brushing man, I will buy one brusher in the chinese down here lol and lets start brushing that groin!
