Ideally when hurt and not knowing what to do, rush to an emergency room.

Strong oils burn because they enter the skin so quickly and our own body defenses create the acids that burn us.

Oils dillute with other oils, so I presume applying olive oil packs to the ear would be step 1, if desparate I use ice to stop something.
