The KEY is estrogen. The friendly bacteria eat the extra estrogen produced. When there are not enough friendly bacteria, the estrogen makes the body go bad in so many ways and the hair and prostrate start going at age 40 and by age 50 can be chronic.

The Topknot and anointing oils aid in circulation. The Hormone Balance uses herbs as a method to balance the extra estrogen. These 3 items are just aids, they can not overcome 40 years of out of balance, they can do wonders, but it takes time. Christopher always suggested 9 months of doing everything correct before years of abuse would be reversed. The orange juice fasting steps that up a notch, but few will fast correctly and very few correct their diet and even fewer will eat their food correctly.

The hair does such a huge job for the body and it doesn't just come back in a few weeks or months. I suggest color, but not brand new hair. The Christopher method does suggest brand new hair, but hoow many will do the program to the book that produces those results? I don't known any.

I do know ill hair full of metals will fall out as new hair replaces it. I know the hair hates all soaps and all dental work, how many will correct this?

I believe cancer is far easier to cure than grow hair and surely quicker than growing hair.

My hair restored to Natural Color, but I have been changing my habits for almost 15 years. Last year my hair was super short, I learned only long hair is healthy hair, so I have never cut it since and my hair gets better as time goes on. All I can tell you is that your hair reflects your over all health and everything takes time to reverse and each step you take is 1 step forward.

To worry, really is the true cause of quick hair loss. Happiness will bring it back quicker than anything else.
