It's kinda expinsive in the uk as well. Know where I can get it for cheap?

I could feel gas type movements when taking the triphala, maybe a much higher dose would do the trick.

I am currently getting my bowels moving albeit whilst having rather bad gas pains, using 60ml lactulose, 1g magnesium citrate, 10g chlorella. I can achieve diarhea using this (yay?) but like I said I get gas and gas pains.

Any idea's on what I could do to prevent the gas?

Oh and don't know if I told you saywhatagain but the endoscopy came back fine, which is annoying since I still don't have a clue whats causing my problems.
