Since you had a horrible reaction to it, how messed up were you before you took it?

As for me, my symptoms currently are being less energetic than I was in the past, and having abnormally high hunger (not ultra-high like it was when I first went off the foods I was intolerant to, but higher than it should be), and I'd like to lose this weight that my body doesn't want to get rid of (and my two walks EVERY DAY are not doing much at all).

So while I have problems, I wouldn't say my adrenals are crashed, but probably depleted from my alpha lipoic acid use to deal with my mercury toxicity.
