Hi Eric,

Been taking high levels of the good sub-lingual b-12 for about a month now. Noticed fatigue go away slightly but nothing on the bowel front.

This constipation(and other symptoms) has only been for the last 10 months, before that I was once/twice a day. I have only recently over the last week+ been taking these constipation aids as I do not want to become dependent. Apparently all the ones I have listed are safe for long term use.
