My first 2 weeks(3 weeks ago) was total mess, cuz i tested salt intake and 2,5:1 up to 3,3:1 is PERFECT to me and perfect like here:

, so this ratios work for me and probably for 90% of all.

Since last week i take 2,7 up to 3,2 : 1 for sodium and my herxes scary me sometimes, ear ringing, pain below my ribs , eye floaters, cold feet hands, chills, I AM so STIFF that i cant even talk !! Do you imagine, can't talk cuz my jaw is stiff, do not mention walk, legs pain, burning eyes, all available symptoms of healing crisis and do not afraid cuz i now its ONLY WAY.
