I developed a gluten allergy a few months back and a month after no gluten i noticed my hair starting to thin. I was told by my local vitamin store lady that inositol was suppose to be good for hair loss so i started taking a 650mg pill at night, been doing that for a month and haven't really noticed a change, am i taking enough of it? Also will this help go more body hair as it looks like my chest is staring to thin i really don't want to be bald all over.
