You may not find the last one relevant, lol, but I posted it for the benefit of the other members.

I was diagnosed with clinical Depression in 1997. In thinking and talking about it with my sister, friends and ex-husband it became apparent that Depression has been (and continues to be to some extent) a life long struggle for me.

The difference for me now is that the highs and lows aren't as extreme. Also, since I'm aware of it, I've learned to recognize the signs and "fight" my way back when a low period comes.

Bottom line... Depression can be conquered.
