I just bought it today. It says to shake well, it says "mother of vinegar" on it, and wow, it tastes nasty. But if this is what I have to take before every meal to help my body absorb the nutrients better so I'll be less hungry (and is it also alkalizing?), then I'll do it.

How does this work exactly? They were sold out of the tablets, so I bought it in drink form.
