im posting this in the experience of my 4 year systemic candida that had started me having multiple skin rashess from certain things rubbing agianst me, certain chemicals, , some times any oil or lotions , and figuring out Sugar aided in creating rashes that wouldnt go away. then i got in a hot tub with some one at a hot spring, they had poison oak oozing on their leg. well, i got a rash all over my body, that wouldnt go away. i wasnt really aware of the diet, kinda foggy and sluggish, thus kinda irritated. finally i had started trying the master cleanse. it was awesome. i had so much energy return.
(i was in culinary school and served tables for 10 yrs so i had alot of extra Sugar coffee bread that aided this problem.
so, years later. i got dehydrated in winter doing outdoor winter work, and my chapping peeling lips broke out, right around them were it was peeling up from the lip, like the candida reacting to the "peeling lips', agitated my skin , thus the candida, so i had a red rash, around my lips.
i finally, obviously, had to pay waaaay more attention, read up on it, organic methods, herbs ect, and fixed my diet, found Biocidin from a man in santa cruz (from England) thats been developing a healing machine of sorts.
he said he had bad candida, and he was cured witht it, and staying ona good diet through it and after it.
i felt great, had hardly a desire for sweets. was greeen juicing. steamed kale all the time. i took the biocidin for about a month.
... continuing thhonesty, i had major emotional things and started eating really yummy raw desserts. then eating at the thai curry place..... no good brown sugar.

so, here i am, about to do it again. i let it rest, so the candida wouldnt get immune to it. triesd a few other candida things, but, have been majorly shifting and traveling, obviiously not very grounded for a while. i have a home now . juicer. blender. income to support the diet.
Biocidin in the mail. i believe it works.

ill post again with results.

its been pretty ruff. i rt now have a rash on my stomach and arms that wont go away because of a certain plant my skin has an reaction to from rubbing against it, and my rash wont go away. diet is so key, and ill admit a traveler cannot pick a candida diet on the road.
