Bear in mind im very very toxic (Asperger and 2 years of 20% aluminum antiperspirant) and I am not in the supplements yet, so yeap no support for the poor adrenals. Im doing everything else without the adrenal support indeed.

And I am doing too much coffee enemas it seems.

Im considering dropping them until I start the supps.

Anyway, have contacted Roger to see what he says via email. Theorically, reading Wilson´s page, the answer could be... ANOTHER COFFEE ENEMA. Nooooooooope nope not for now lol
