From what I understand, people feel very dizzy during the initial stages of NB as their body adjusts and begins to heal... because your body is beginning to purge toxins, which is a huge burden. It will require a lot of rest and relaxation. Its amazing that you were able to walk at all - when I first started, I wasn't able to walk the 10 feet to my mailbox. You need a lot of the basics: rest, food and WATER!
