Unfortunately, I cannot help you with the blood work comparisons but I commend you on your plan to document yours.

If you feel like sharing more detail about your previous fasts and how that has affected your autoimmune/disability symptoms, please do. It is of great interest to me as my wife suffers from MS and I'm hoping that one day, she too will consider fasting.
