For the enemas you are taking some kind of electrolytes right? Hope you are.

Anyway, just about every time that i have done any kind of detox, i have felt like i'm just losing my mind. I didn't know if i should keep going or not tho as it was too much to bear at times. If it means that i would get better and i knew for sure i would go through the hell though.

I did coffee enemas for like 5 days straight. The 5th day i did the full 3 scoops and the 32 oz in total and that day was crazy, i started having trouble breathing and was shaking, and panic set in, i had the phone right by me getting ready to call 911 just in case i couldn't handle it anymore, then i took like 5 to 10 mg of cortef to hopefully help me with what seemed like low cortisol shaking

Detox is so necessary, it's a catch 22 for me because the adrenals will heal with detox but yet detox is hard on the adenals. Hope the best for ya!
