My first cleanse I did separate tinctures of Black-Walnut , clove, and Wormwood . I got those guys GOOD! I then added food grade Diatomaceous earth, and did a enema of acv once a week....
Mind you, I am still killing them and I'm about 1.5 years deep. On my 3rd cleanse. The first IS the worst for sure though.

Now I just use dr Hulda Clark s bottled 11 week cleanse and follow her protocol.
