Im amazed at the attitude the poor judgement from your liver disease has given you. Still with the messages of excessive fat intake, beyond any recommended food pyramid alowances....and sever candida, you still have a basis to ridicule my advice that fat and Sugar both cause candida. Youre not an expert. you are very ill as a result of your own poor choices and ignorance. You cut the Sugar and filled the void with a destructive amount of fat. You have given up on a normal life because of a love of oils and nut butters that make you feel miserable. While you waste time, people your age get real jobs and plan a future. I found that being nice doesn't work with you because you don't want to face basic nutrition facts. I`m doing you a bigger favor by being rude an annoying than all of the friendly folks on here with their antifungal distractions while you pack in oil...that keep them living with their parents and losing their hair.

I give advice from experience and success. The messages keep coming in from the high fat diet people with a bunch of complaints. And looking for resources. Candida and fat have a strong relationship, so continue to do your own research people.
