Entitled:

VAERS Data
Guide to Interpreting VAERS Case Report Information

Exerpts:

"...for any reported event, no cause-and-effect relationship has been established."

"The report of an adverse event to VAERS is not documentation that a vaccine caused the event."

"VAERS data contains coincidental events and those truly caused by vaccines."

"...coincidences make it difficult to know whether a particular adverse event resulted from a medical condition or from a vaccination."

"A report to VAERS generally does not prove that the identified vaccine(s) caused the adverse event described. It only confirms that the reported event occurred sometime after vaccine was given. No proof that the event was caused by the vaccine is required in order for VAERS to accept the report. VAERS accepts all reports without judging whether the event was caused by the vaccine."

Do you consider VAERS data as definitive "evidence"? Would it stand up in a court of law? Would it qualify under Federal Rule 702? VAERS reports are accepted wholesale from anyone, regardless of their ability to actually evaluate and recognize a post immunization side effect. Have you ever read actual VAERS reports? Are you aware that there is no requirement that any VAERS report be investigated or validated? Do you know how incomplete and often laughable some VAERS reports are?

Sometime I'll have to post some of the absurdities reported to VAERS.
