I guess I must have done a good job of really pushing the candida back, because eggs don't mess me up, and I have them frequently with dinner. And taking enzymes after having anything with Sugar easily prevents or stops a flareup.

However, I remember what it was like before I had my Amalgam fillings removed, and it was nasty. Candida die-off was insane, intense, and horrible, and candida came back very rapidly at the slightest mistake. Now, however, while it's definitely not gone, it's able to be kept at bay while I sloooowwwwllyyyy chelate with the Cutler protocol.
