Thanks Lilly! Yeah I need to add some brown rice or similar to my diet. Its in the nutritional balancing diet indeed (which I think its excellent, im just concerned with my weight), but as you I was stopped for some time by those scary-tales of candida people, which even made me avoid carrots for a while. Its obvious candida its not my root cause so its ridiculous to do everything thinking in it.

Btw now that I think about it, I was getting skinnier a lot of time back, when I wasnt even on any dieting, one year ago a girl told me I was thinner every time she saw me :/
