I have been housebond since 20 so my sanity maybe its higher. I am about to get crazy though so cant help with that much, I can only say crying and opening yourself to people really helps (gay) lol, the music that you love, your passions in my case literature and videogames... those things that are powerful enough to move emotion and give strength to keep eating the chronic shit. If you have a special one then that one, in my case maybe that is my brother Manuel who seems to be sinking in an absurd teenager exitentialism which its in part my fault. I am even listening to "healing rife frequencies" that I downloaded from a webpage.
