I wouldn't touch the coconut bread. I had some coconut bread and it fed my candida like you wouldn't believe. Reason, the eggs added to the bread. High sulphur and not good for the candida. The same can be said of the Buckwheat bread which isn't a wheat. That to had eggs added to it. Trying to cut back on Sugar in your diet is a nightmare. We really are in a catch 22 with both mercury and candida. The diet can be very limiting.
