If their heavy metal cleanse contains Alpha Lipoic Acid, I can't take it. Reason is the ALA has specific uses for chelating mercury, and I'm on the Cutler protocl. ALA isn't something to use randomly; it's something to take continually every __ hours (2.5 in my case) for a few days in a row without stopping, or else it causes mercury redistribution.

So Apple Cider Vinegar helps a lot with hunger by helping the body absorb nutrients better?
