So your cal/mag is in the hypoglycemia range with a low potassium. Just like me.

I think just stay close to the diet and take your supps and you will see gradual improvement over time like I have.

I would say I am 80% recovered. I have been walking briskly for 1 hour and feeling quite strong. I have been able to do this 4 days per week plus keeping very busy during the day so I am on my way.
