moon cycle and all the universe's cycles effects all life on earth....no doubt about that.

If you see herbs as "medicines", then yes, follow the cycles, it will do no harm.

Otherwise, if you see herbs as foods, harvest them when they most "APPEAL" to you, because withn your soul, your Brain Knows.
