DId you every start any supplements for NB? Or did you decide not to go that route? I remember you had a hair analysis done so I was just wondering.

I just looked at your posts and found your post on the hair analysis.

Low sodium can be cause brain fog. Are you using Sea Salt on a daily basis? Did your practitioner say what stage of AF you are in?(from the hair analysis).
