I'm doing the heavy metal cleanse right now, and it's taking forever. ALA on the Cutler protocol. If I have to do that first, I likely won't see many benefits from the apple cider vinegar at all until years from now when the mercury is gone.

So, should I not bother with the apple cider vinegar? I know the company RenewLife, but I don't think I saw any apple cider vinegar at my local Whole Foods.
