Thank you Peppermintpaddy, for your reply. I'm horror-stricken, as I've never even contemplated this before now. I just looked up Side effects of Pin-X and found this site a not long ago. As time passes and I'm not better, I'm starting to really feel I've stirred up a nest of something.

Do you think Bentonite clay is a good option for the short term? I'm starting my research, and much of what I read hear is something I'm learning for the very first time.
