All I know is that when I eat anything sweet now... even fruit my blood Sugar plummets even more. I mean it takes a nose dive! My insulin response is so out of wack so I know increasing Sugar in the form of fruit would not be a cure for me. The key is to figure out what is causing the hypo in the first place and then fix that.
