Your hair analysis will reveal what exactly is going on in your body. It will reveal if you are suffering from a Sugar and simple carbohydrate sensitivity by your calcium/magnesium ratio and your sodium/potassium ratio.

According to ARL potassium is necessary to transport glucose(sugar) across the cell membrane, when potassium levels are very low, a cellular low blood Sugar condition(hypoglycemia) is also present.

All I know is that since I quit eating all sugars and starchy carbs my cal/mag ratio went from 10.5 to 7.3 with 6.67 being the ideal ratio.

My sodium/potassium ratio went from 2 to 3 with 2.5 being the ideal. I was told that 3 is better than 2 as this indicates the adrenals are getting stronger.

Your consultant will advise you based on your results. Maybe you are not like me and can tolerate the high carbs.
