Just eat all cooked things, with meds. YOu do not have to follow a "strict" diet; you can eat bread, rice, meat, etc; as long as they are cooked; just EVERYTHIN COOKED; and SOFT; I mean EVERYTHING. Washing berries does not count. Avoid all RAW FOODS. Including Salads.
